Not Phoenix but Tucson where she has had her Condo rented out.
They are supposed to move out by middle of July.
She has been mainly a summer visitor to the mountain, did try to stay up here all winter the 1st winter after her hubby died but it was just too boring for her.
She is very active, loves bowling, walking, going to concerts, and a whole lot of other things.
