Alfred Hitchcock made the movie of "Rebecca" staring Lawrence Olivier, Joan Fontaine, Glady's Cooper and George Sanders. Amazing line of of actors. I actually LOVE the movie. Probably the only movie I like from a favorite book.

I don’t recall reading that or seeing the movie. I’ll have to look it up. “Gone With The Wind” book was much better than the movie.

I loved “To Kill a Mockingbird,” the book and the movie.

It was the 1st movie that I saw after reading the book that I was disappointed in but LOVED.

I was so young when I 1st saw “Gone With the Wind.”

My great-aunt took my older sister and me.

At intermission she said, “Let”s go.”

We told her it was only intermission, only 1/2 over but she made us leave.

Many years later we realized she had dementia.

My sister and I looked at each other and said, “What was mom thinking?”

GA took us a lot of places and we would have to help her get us back home, she always wanted to walk in opposite direction.

I read GWTW when I was a teenager, was disappointed that they didn’t all live happily ever after especially after all they had gone through.
