Does anybody know anyone for whom this worked>

Personally, I am very skeptical of this.

I’m nearing 70yoa, and have had occasional bouts of chronic insomnia since my teens.

Typically, for me, one sleepless night begets another...and perhaps yet another, because I begin to stress about my sleeplessness and dread the coming night.

So, I think it’s mostly psychological.

But, it’s just an opinion based on personal experience.
