Heard today in Bible class that a missionary we support is saying that many muslims are having dreams of Jesus and in the dreams are being told to seek out a preacher to tell them about Jesus. Anyone else having missionaries telling them this?
They should seek out a bible to learn about Jesus.

You may be missing the point of Pentecost and why Jesus as He was going to the Father after walking around for forty days after the Resurrection, told His mother and the disciples to wait until the Holy Spirit comes to “teach you all things” ...
... and Mary waited with the Disciples in the upper room, prob the same room where Jesus had the Last Supper/or Passover Meal the night before He was crucified.
Then the Holy Spirit fell... and later Peter stood up to say that ‘this is that’ of which the Prophet Joel spoke: I shall pour out My Spirit on all flesh... etc.

I heard that in my christian circle a few years ago about muslims. God is calling them thru dreams.
Voice of the Martyrs has mentioned this phenomenon a number of times.
He still has the power to communicate with people via dreams and visions: not often, perhaps, but it still happens. This power has never at any time ceased. After His resurrection He said "All power in heaven and on earth has been given to Me" --
And His power is not constrained.

Amen! Just as an aside, I was shocked this weekend, to learn that Charles Stanley was raised in the Pentecostal Holiness denomination. To switch from that to Southern Baptist, many of whom believe an end was made to prophecies, miracles, and tongues, when the first century apostles went home to be with the Lord, is surprising. I know for a fact, though, that many Southern Baptists all over, have embraced pentacostalism into their spiritual lives, including the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, with the evidence of speaking in tongues, etc. I am NOT against Southern Baptists, or any other denomination that preaches Jesus Christ and Him crucified, as the way to the Father, and the Diety of Christ.
Let’s just hope they don’t ask Joel Osteen, he will be telling them about the good life that is now!
we are good in the end times the young men will see visions and the old men will dream dreams. i believe the Lord is calling the harvest into the storehouse ahead of the coming tribulation. Hang on and LOOK UP
We’ve been in the Last Days, ever since Jesus ascended unto the Father, and sent the Holy Spirit to the church. There is no other re-division of time, other than the last 7 years told of in the Book of Revelation.

Amen! There are people on this earth, who have never seen or heard Scripture, and aren’t likely to do so, such as muslims, and others, who are kept from it purposefully, by their parents and community, etc., and truly have no opportunity to do so. And there are those, among them, who truly are searching for God. God’s Word tells us, “if you seek Me, you will find Me”. As long as the dream of vision lines up with the Word of God, it cannot be discounted.

We’ve supported VOM for at least 20 years.
The dreams and visions, according to VOM, are very highly valued in Middle Eastern culture. Their contacts have asked VOM’s readers and supporters to pray for more of these events. There have been miraculous healings and conversions reported in connection with visions of Jesus Christ.
If we don’t believe He can accomplish these things, then we don’t believe He is God.
