Fwiw, I was once (LONG ago) a “pollster” for a university-owned polling company, so I knew a bit about how to accomplish structuring/running/completing a reliable poll on most any subject in the 20th century.
BUT given the fact that this is 2 decades into the 21st century & hardly anyone today has a home phone means that AT BEST doing reliable polling by telephone is extremely difficult & perhaps impossible to accomplish.
Therefore, I would believe NO poll results until/unless that fatal problem is properly addressed & solved.

The poll you posted showing Clinton up by 27 in MiamiDade was pretty accurate. Clinton actually won that county by 30 points.
