following the recent Australian federal election, about which all polls were proven to have been spectacularly WRONG, there were mild calls for an end to this incessant political polling. it won’t happen, though.
polling is meant to manufacture opinion, which makes it more unconscionable to keep giving such polls as this prominence on a site such as Drudge.

Yes. And on election day, no less. Apparently they’re not making the connection that they blew their credibility forever in 2016. They believed they could manipulate the turnout and the results by audacious lies. They couldn’t. They didn’t. And yet, they continue.
There is a negative consideration. Four more years of young folks will be voting between the 2016 and 2020 elections, and they are by far mostly anti-conservative illegitimate children. Going hippie on social issues three generations ago was a big mistake. It will eventually be terminal.
We’re talking about Fox News here. No way its audience voted against Trump in that poll. It was obviously infiltrated by liberals.
Every poll is flawed methodologically or propaganda, especially the media polls (including those of Murdoch News). If they were accurate, Hillary Clinton would be starting her reelection campaign.
