There is a spiritual vacuum in this state.

Remember what Jesus said about the demons returning to a house that had been cleaned and swept, but not inhabited by holiness and devotion to God, and so as a result even more demons came in and took up residence there?

Matthew 12:43-45.

My own life is a lot lit that parable. as I grew older I drifted away from the teachings of my youth. Now that I am older I find myself going back to the Biblical teachings but with a greater appreciation because of my experiences. The terrible thing about people in California(and elsewhere) They were never taught lessons from the Bible so they have nothing to go back to.

So they, like the parable about the clean but empty house, are filled with all sorts of evil because they know nothing about discernment.
