And how can Youtube decide what to publish and not become an official publisher responsible for everything posted on Youtube. They could claim they were merely a platform when they only removed illegal postings (actual violence, copyright violations, etc.), but now when they are making political decisions on what to publish it seems they must be a publisher.

Imagine if these same tactics were used by phone providers.

“I’m sorry we don’t like the tone of your conversation, we have cancelled your account”
