This 13 year old started at 12. Running away, having sex with older boys, accusing family members of rape, etc. ... the girl doesn’t want to go back. She was placed with the dad’s grandfather who is lenient and lets her do what she wants. Either she's a budding sociopath, or those accusations were true.
