It’s oddly entertaining watching large companies kowtow to this sort of stuff. Sure, I’d fire the employee for the way she handled it, thank people for the suggestions, and then forget about it. If people keep bringing it up, tell them that proof that our stores were “racially sensitive” is in how rarely such a thing happens.
