Oh... someone who wants to look like they shoplifted something, be followed, be confronted, film the confrontation, and then whip out the receipt that she just happened to have on her... I mean, unless she JUST BOUGHT THAT SHIRT why would she be wearing it with the tag visible and the receipt on her? Indeed, even if she just bought that shirt... this was a set up, I think.
I read somewhere else she always wears her clothes like this at old navy because the employees are stupid and give her a hard time about getting her refund of the sales price. Sure!
