I'll have to tell the story sometime about how I turned away from contraceptives when I was still into young fun fornication. (Those who know me will know the irony in that statement.) I turned against contraception while I was still in my youthful-apostasy stage, having rejected the Catholic church for being wrong about everything.

Yet they seemed to be right about contraception.

And I was looking at from a female-wholeness POV, as in "My-Body-Is-Sacred, why should I stick these domes and shards and coils and pieces of plastic crap --- and yeah, fully weaponized IUD-IED's ---in my tender inner self, why should I put chemicals in my body I wouldn't even put in my compost pile??"

It was only later when I began to re-investigate the Church, that I realized My God, these actual real Catholics --- not the liberal-modernists, but the real "Jesus, my Lord, my God, my All" types, are the only people on the planet who are obstinately sticking up for the Whole Natural Women. Not doctored, altered, or "fixed." Complete in every detail.

Like I was God-designed for some reason. Yes. Amen.

Wow. Such a profound statement from a true daughter of Eve. I think back to Eden and what it must have been like for God to reveal her to Adam for the first time.

And then my mind goes to all the false idols of secular environmentalism: the natural living or ‘back to nature’ mandate, the veganism, peace, and free love — and how fruitless and devoid of meaning all those concepts are, alongside unnatural birth control..
