I think so too. She’s waiting for her chance to jump in and “save the day” without having to actually run a campaign. The more she has to campaign, the less people like her. She’ll step in last thing when someone else is about to bomb, probably Biden if he manages to last...and don’t rule him out yet...but she’ll force whoever their nominee is out, step in at the last minute and try to steal it again. She’s probably behind the thousand cuts currently taking Biden down.
Hillary will NEVER, EVER stop running for president, I expect her to keep trying 3 days after they screw her into the ground...she’ll run in a walker with an oxygen bottle if she has to...only the grave will stop her.
I’d bet money I don’t have she is scheming right now to step in and take over...she is totally addicted to money and power, and thinks she is owed the white house. She thinks she deserves it, whether we actually elect her or not. It’s her logical next step...in her mind...
What people need to realize is one of her friends wrote a book a while back, She described how Hillary keeps a journal of everything that happens around her from the time she was governor’s wife. She asked her one day why she kept that journal. Hillary said one word.

She still has that journal. It probably has enough in it to bury Biden under a pile of scandals a mile thick. Many of the others too, she can pick which one she wants to win, and slash the others with all her info on them.

Nothing happens based on her merits, it’s all based on money, power, political clout, and revenge. Both Clintons use the same methods, dirty politics is their life. Neither one can win an election on their own merits, they have to win by cheating, lying, and destroying their opponents’ character.
So she’s not going to campaign this time, in fact I expect her to keep her head down for the most part. Act like a hole in the sky... Then by surprise, guess who will jump in at the last minute...
