FULL TITLE: House floor erupts in groans as female Democrat blasts 'sex-starved males' in Congress for weighing into abortion debate
California Democrat Rep. Norma Torres momentarily stunned colleagues when blasted 'sex-starved males' she accused of interfering in the abortion debate.
The third-term congresswoman made the comment during a debate over a spending bill for health and human services programs.
'It is tiring to hear from so many sex-starved males on this floor talk about a woman's right to choose,' she said.
A trio of aides seated behind her at first didn't look up from their smart phones following the remark, although it elicited groans from inside the chamber.

Republican Rep. Rob Woodall of Georgia promptly asked Torres if she would like to modify her statement, as lawmakers are allowed to do under House rules.
She said she would only to repeat the offending comment.
'Mr. Speaker, I would just like to ask my friend if she'd like to change her last statement,' Woodall inquired.

Actually, not enough. With three times as many reps - closer to what there should be, proportional to population growth - we would have many more strong conservatives in office and lunatics like this would be far less influential.
As it is, we get far Left characters using gerrymandering and/or ballot harvesting to get every possible Democrat and illegal vote plus just enough votes from foolish white Republican women who are "concerned about Trump's tone" to reach 51% and take the seats in moderate districts, as we saw in Orange County, CA last Fall. If OC had three times as many seats, they might go, say, 9 to 3 Republican.
No, maids are useful.
IF she was smart enough to ask, NEITHER men NOR women in a loving/traditional marriage are “sex-starved”. - Several “peer-reviewed” research studies on “sex in marriage” say that the vast majority of married couples are PLEASED with their frequency/enjoyment of lovemaking.
