Good for them. Need more trade skills taught in school, along with basic home and personal finance. I remember, back in the day, we had auto, drafting, etc as electives. A lot more useful than Latin, etc.

Back in the day, they taught both. Those who took Latin typically got higher SAT scores and could reason more clearly. If school was just about getting a job, there would be no reason for trust fund heirs and child stars to be required to get schooling.
