Biden can’t put together a full sentence without stammering. He will only get worse or worster. Yes Worster because Biden will enter into uncharted political territory for a 77 year old . The president see that and describes it. How many body blows can he take? And how many will be self inflicted? When Biden was younger he had a strong tendency to self destructive. Joe hasn’t been reprogrammed. The guy has lost more than a step an his voice sounds like old crap.

Old Joe has been remarkably handsy with other peoples’ women and female children all of his career. As he ages his inhibitions will deteriorate. It's a common phenomenon with old men in nursing homes. That's where he's going. Just watch him stumble his way through a speech somebody else has written that he doesn't understand and follow it up with a good feel of an 11 year old girl.
