Do you honestly believe the only reason the couple had a disagreement is due to the amount of melanin in their skin? I guess this never happens to white couples, or black couples, or Asian couples, or Hispanic couples.

Skin color is the least of the issues but it does represent a different culture. Combining those cultures rarely works whether you like it or not.
White couples are less likely to resolve arguments with murder. Something more fathers need to explain to their white daughters who might be thinking of dating black men.
It happens amongst all couples, but B/W interracial relationships are more likely to end in divorce and have slightly higher rates of violence. This forum exists in part so people can discuss “un-PC” topics without fear of censorship.
