I would suggest that possibly some psyop operation would generate images of a “UFO” or perhaps even a “Jesus” using clouds as a movie screen. Perhaps for riot control...
But, IF I suggested such a thing, I could wind up on a nut-job conspiracy ping list. And that, in and of itself, is rather scary.
