In my own personal opinion, I agree with RBG and Gorsich, it is double jeopardy. They strike down State sovereignty when it suits them.
I posted something on the redistricting case, and it was just on the legal standing. I see the liberals are rejoicing, but it looks as though the case wasn’t properly presented. Let’s hope they take another case that can be decided on the facts.
State government didn’t have stand. People in the state or a congressperson who district is dissolved would have standing (be damaged). Substitute damaged in for the word standing to tell if it has standing.
