That is how I saw it. Not sure we are correct but it would explain why people kept their mouths shut. And apparently people like Seth Rich had no where to go. There has to be many who felt threatened and Seth was a message to ALL the others who thought about being a whistle blower. How many in the FBI?

Remember first report after his reported “murder” was that he was suppose to be meeting the FBI that night. With what we now know about the bureau shouldn’t we investigate that. No one is saying he was murdered by M13 now. Just unsolved.
