Interestingly, in countries where they have put the most effort in making sure people actually get the vocational training and the job placements they WANT (Finland is an example), the women make use of "choice" to choose less-stressful, less-dangerous and less-demanding jobs INSTEAD of the higher-paying but more-stressful jobs.
