Seems short on taste , unless dipped in butter. The idea ribbing it apart along with a hammer while wearing a lobster bib . Cracking open what could pass as a red edible cousin to a horseshoe crab.

Yea when i see mucho bucks on the menu for lobster i’m like even looking at the pork chop or chicken section instead...
I’m reminded of the story of Tater Tots. They were made from scraps so they were very cheap, but few people bought them. Then somebody had the bright idea to raise the price and they’ve been successful ever since.
