FULL TITLE: Restaurant owner is accused of KIDNAPPING a black 13-year-old boy at gunpoint and forcing him back to his eatery where the teen had reportedly been causing trouble and threw a bottle
A Kentucky restaurant owner has been arrested after he allegedly kidnapped a black teen from a local grocery store and threatened him with a BB gun.
Fabao Chen, 58, was detained on Tuesday at the Double Dragon restaurant on West Broadway after he took the 13-year-old from a nearby Kroger at 27th and Broadway in Louisville.
An arrest report states that at approximately 4.30pm, Chen forcibly snatched the boy from the store against his will. He can be seen surveillance in footage pulling the boy to his restaurant.
The Kroger and the Double Dragon are roughly 150yards away from each other and are separated by a large parking lot.

You have to understand how Asians feel about black people. It’s a love hate relationship mostly about asian business owners. They discriminate for sure but it’s a silent type and rather passive aggressive about it.
Triads tend towards poison.
Sounds like the Owner held a suspect for police.
The suspect happened to be 13 and had fled to a nearby store.
Normally when customers cause trouble you are glad to see them go.
I wonder if the kid had eaten and not paid?
Problem is, the owner went beyond a justified citizen’s arrest when he aimed the apparent weapon at other citizens. He might be able to justify acting if the kid really had thrown a broken bottle and had been a danger to customers in his store but once outside the store he’s no threat, time to call police and let them handle it. Waving a ‘gun’ at third parties who could be packing real heat is stupid.
How did the bottle come to be broken and where did the teen find it? What happened before the bottle was thrown? Any witnesses? Or is this a claim the owner just made to justify poor impulsive decision making on his part?
Hopefully, there is security camera footage.
True. Asians do not like blacks...here a Korean business owners tells blacks to get out as soon as they buy the products...and they can’t hang out in the parking lot...if they do, she calls the police...she is ok with whites customers...
I used to work for a Chinese restaurant. When ever blacks came in to eat, in the back of the place it was n***** this and n****** that but they never used that word to their face, would have made the KKK blush!
