I really enjoy all the ship driving talk. Like a window into something we all wonder about. Also very handy to have ‘on board’ the threads when we have ship collisions and the like - hey haven’t had any of them in a while!

Most of the time driving ships around is hours and hours of hours and hours.

As big as the ocean is and as small as our ships are relative to said ocean it is amazing how fast things can go from sunshine and lollipops to a double-decker excrement sandwich.

A collision at sea can really ruin your day. Collisions in port aren't much better. We won't even talk about grounding. The only bars sailors avoid are sandbars.
