FWIW, Bill Clinton was very poorly represented in the Paula Jones case. He could have avoided impeachment if he’d just hired a really bad lawyer who forgot to file an answer to the complaint. Then he would have defaulted and the only issue would have been damages. Instead his lawyers went into full defense and then Clinton got caught in a lie during what was an avoidable deposition.

Flynn has been very poorly represented in his case. He should have pleaded not guilty and demanded a speedy trial. The prosecution would have folded their tents. They had nothing. They still don’t.

Sometimes the highest paid attorneys are the worst.

The difference is that Clinton was guilty.

“Flynn has been very poorly represented in his case. He should have pleaded not guilty and demanded a speedy trial.”

He was broke and they were threatening to prosecute his son.

Fox was saying last night that Flynn might be withdrawing his guilty plea. He has waited until Mueller officially closed his investigation. Does that mean mueller can no longer go after Flynn’s son?
