Do you really need thousands of emails?
I used Microsoft’s Office365 service for my email. At $4/user/month (Exchange Only plan) it’s a good value. Syncs up all my devices with mail/calendar/contacts and has been rock solid reliable.
Yeah. I’m not a big one for boycotts, and that’s mainly why... Do business with almost anyone nowadays, and you’ll be dealing with skunks eventually.
Thanks. Forgot about that.
I even cleaned out my Freeper inbox. Talk about a chore!
Thanks.
Ha! Nope. More like an unlimited closet. I keep leaving junk in there instead of taking it to the trash, because I’m lazy. I delete a lot immediately, but if I keep it for a day, I keep it forever...
I've used gmail for over a decade and it works fine and it's free. What else are you expecting from an email system and search engine, social commentary?
I hate Google so I use Bing which I'm told is just as Leftie as Google. But it works great and I always find what I'm searching for.
Much to do about nothing.
Yahoo ignoring it too.
I just took a look at Googles competitor, Bing. They picked an odd D-Day picture to put up (a Mulberry harbor). But at least they remembered.
Yahoo has an article about Big Foot on their homepage. (if anyone is still using Yahoo, haha)

That article makes it sound like it downloads the emails by default. Mine are stored on my computer but I don’t remember if I set it up that way or it already was. Regardless, Account Settings >> Synchronization & Storage is where you go and then check off; “Keep all messages in all folders for this account on this computer.”
You’ll know you’ve got it right when you can click File >> Offline >> Work Offline - and still be able to open the emails. OR Disconnect from the internet and still be able to open emails.
prontomail was created in response to google/fb and the rest, shamelessly sharing/selling people’s personal data. It’s fully encrypted and the downfall to that is I can’t use thunderbird for prontomail. Either have to use their webmail(website) or a phone app.
Download a program called Mailstore Home. It will allow you to download all of you Gmail in their original folders and it is searchable on your computers
I haven’t doen this myself yet but we have some rainy days coming this week so I think I will.

youtube(google) has been demonetizing the accounts of non-leftists lately too.
There are tons of pictures of Normandy sites online but I found the one on Bing today very informative - very interesting. It doesn’t hurt to read and not just settle for pictures.
The James Damore incident early last year (IIRC on timing) is what made me reduce Google use. I touched every device in the house and made sure no browsers use Google as a default. I DuckDuckGo.
Cant help on Gmail specifics, never used it much.
Get off my lawn.
Oh, by the way, it’s “much ado about nothing”.
Get ‘Email Backup Wizard’ @ https://emailbackupwizard.com
It list a bunch of ISP to backup your emails from.
Thanks for your help, FReepers.
To them and their school, D-day and WWII was just a temporary setback.
