I don’t know how I caught the h1n1 that year, but on day 3 one lung was 90% compromised and the other was barely working. IV antibiotics saved my life. I was young and healthy and that was the sickest I ever have been. Cytokines storm. That is when I started supplementing vitamin d3 at a therapeutic level and have ever since.
