Legalistic arguments on the "Constitutional Authority" of Congress to ban firearms mufflers are completely pointless.
The Constitution has completely failed to restrain Government from imposing restrictions on the Bill-of-Rights. The Constitution today is an empty shell.
The question must be addressed in explicitly political terms. Wholesale replacement of legislators and civil servants is necessary if we want Constitutional restrictions to mean anything.
Maybe that is not what we really want. We are clearly not doing what is needed to get what we say we want.
I had to do pain in the rear paperwork and kneel before BATFE to get the stamp tax approved. Having to transfer from a PAC to a personal trust-gotta do it all over again. a YEAR wait....still waiting on final approval.
