President Donald Trump and his wife Melania Trump dined with the royal family and other important British politicians on Monday night at Buckingham Palace.
Queen Elizabeth II hosted a State Banquet at the Palace, which was attended by Kate Middleton, Prince William, Prince Charles, Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, Prime Minister Theresa May (who has just days left in her term), Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin and more. Trump's children Ivanka Trump her husband Jared Kushner, Donald Trump Jr., Eric Trump, Eric's wife Lara Trump and Tiffany Trump also attended the banquet.(snip)
The royals all looked their best on Monday evening at the formal event as many of them wore white dresses.
The First Lady wore a floor-length Dior Haute Couture ivory gown. Kate Middleton stunned in an Alexander McQueen dress. She also wore some impressive heirlooms as jewelry, including the Queen Mother's sapphire and diamond fringe earrings as well as the Lover's Knot Tiara, which belonged to Prince William and Prince Harry's mother Princess Diana. The Duchess of Cambridge has worn this specific tiara a number of times to various official dinners and banquets.
The tiara itself is over 100-years-old.
The Queen wore an Angela Kelly dress while Camilla had on a Bruce Oldfield dress.
President Trump sat next to Queen Elizabeth and the Duchess of Cornwall at the meal. There were 170 people there in total. According to reports, the meal consisted of steamed filet of halibut, new Windsor lamb, strawberry sable with lemon verbena cream, fresh fruit and coffee and petit fours.

Charles looks the least comfortable. I think the ones that are easiest to get along with are William and his wife. They seem to be more down to earth.
Agreed. Just relax and have a grand old time.
I still remember when the Kenyan humiliated himself at his meeting with the Queen during the Royal Banquet! The dumb sh*t tried giving a speech that was inappropriate!
Best post in weeks.
Kudos
Whats all those medals for that Charles is wearing? Do they give them out for having to ride Camille for more than 10 seconds?
It appears to me that Barry began his toast with the very words that end the toast--"Ladies and Gentlemen, the Queen"--and signal the playing of the national anthem.
Someone in Barry's protocol section or a speechwriter or advisor really messed up. As much as I detest Barry, I don't think he's entirely at fault.
LOL!!
Haaaaaaaaaa!!!!
Honestly, I don’t know what they are.
I suspect Camilla has had some face work done.
I’ll be here all week...and don’t forget to tip your waitress.
Yes, looks like Tiffany’s added the college pounds
She looks BAD in that dress...sheesh...and she needs posture lessons.
She looked horrible. Just worn out. I guess she gets some slack because she is diabetic.
Very nice, but President Trump’s waistcoat is too long. It should be like Prince Charles’: no longer than the tailcoat.
That would appear to be someone’s shadow. Flash photography and all that.
Strange that it’s ill fitted, the man normally knows how to wear a tux and looks very at home in them. But, it’s not been white tie, not wearing a waistcoat. Doesn’t the White House have a tailor, doesn’t the President have a valet? Somebody should have caught that.
It occurs to me that it might be ‘mistailored’ to conceal a bullet proof vest of some sort.
Best remark ever!
Ridiculously long. Who let him go out dressed like that . . . unless it's a signal.
