Suppose someone cold sober drives home after a hard day, then once at home, he starts drinking. Now the cops can come in, give him a breathelyzer test and arrest him?

Seems ridiculous. I remember reading about this type of thing a month or two ago.

Yup. He has to prove he wasn’t drunk while driving. Failure to do so results in a conviction. This is totalitarian stuff right here.
