One fact i always want to know after a mass shooting is whether the Perp was on a psychotropic drug like ADD medication. Pretty much ALL the kids who shot up a school were on one or another of those. Was he an Adult ADD medication user? Those drugs all pretty much carry a warning that violence is a side effect.

Ignoring the fact that they were given these meds because they had a mental problem in the first place.
