It’s not confusing at all. Roe v Wade was based on a ‘penumbra’(shadow) that emanated from an implied right to privacy stated in the 4th Amendment. It’s obvious that the ‘penumbra’ simply doesn’t cover boys in girls’ locker rooms. Penumbras only reach so far you know.

Actually, ‘penumbras’ only cover situations that judges want them to cover. Abortions in their view are a good thing, therefore they are covered. Keeping boys who are pretending to be girls out of girls’ locker rooms is a bad thing, so no penumbra.
