Arguing and straining rules does not a civil war make.
Killing political opponents (beyond the rare nutcase) to compel submission does.

Thank you. This is an attempt to define
Civil War down and strip if of meaning.
When the actual war comes, it will be
more than words.

Although, some say we are already in a
Civil War involving killing that only
one side is waging.
