when i am away on vacation I am not interested in listening to someone’s hard luck life story. How did this person casually mention he was an Christian orphan???

This young man was a pool side server. He treated us well and vice versa. Very polite young man and we made conversation back and forth with him through out the week were there and got to know him. He had a gold cross necklace on and we mentioned that when coming back from Margaritaville there were many funerals and many Christian churches. He said yes, lot of Jamaicans are Christian, like myself and that proceeded to talk of the orphanages, etc.
We enjoy talking to the workers while vacationing. From the housekeepers to the gardeners to the servers. We have visited the schools and the orphanages. I myself was in an orphanage at 4 until 5 (my sister too) until our grandparents adopted us.
