They’d probably fit within the same category (though I believe their support for socialism is considerably less - have you ever seen a Hispanic panhandler?) - voting for direct cash payments courtesy of Uncle Sam (meaning us).
Panhandlership isn’t really a great measure of voting patterns: they are leftists whether in LATAM or up here.
