Listen you don’t get it. To make a universal health care unconstitutional you’d have to pass amendment making it so. The other option in lieu of amendment is to litigate it’s Constitutionality in court. THAT IS THE SYSTEM AS DESIGNED.

WRONG. You're the one who doesn't get it.

To make a universal health care unconstitutional you’d have to pass amendment making it so.

WRONG again. That's exactly backwards. If you want to give Congress the authority to pass "healthcare for all", authority which it currently lacks, you need to pass an amendment. Until then, pound sand.

The Constitution is intended to strictly limit the authority of the government. Any authority or power not specifically granted to the central government is reserved to the States or to the People. THAT IS THE SYSTEM AS DESIGNED.

Once again, if you believe that the Congress has the authority to pass "health care for all", cite the provision of the Constitution granting it such authority.

You won't.

You can't.

IT DOESN'T EXIST.

Congress is perfectly capable of seizing power … that is not the behavior of the legislative branch of a Constitutional Republic. It's the behavior of an out-of-control tyranny.
