You have no idea how the Constitution (USC) works. There is no requirement in the USC that pending laws passed by Congress go through judicial review. ( I wish that WAS in the USC, but it is not )

Congress can pass universal health care and POTUS can sign it into law. It's Constitutionality would be challenged in court for sure but they could do still do it. With these judges it would probably pass Constitutional muster.

You have no idea how the Constitution (USC) works.

That sort of comment signals the end of rational discussion.

Congress can pass universal health care and POTUS can sign it into law.

Because Congress and most Presidents see the Constitution as an obstacle to be dodged in their quest for power, not as an outline of their legitimate authority.

It's Constitutionality would be challenged in court for sure but they could do still do it.

History shows that such challenges are frequently thrown out of court for "lack of standing".

With these judges it would probably pass Constitutional muster.

You admit, then, that the Constitution has no objective meaning. It only means what judges say it means.

Once again, if there were any actual Constitutional authority for Congress to provide "health care for all", you would cite it. You don't, because you can't. It doesn't exist.
