It is not 98 degrees 24/7 ANYWHERE. There is a period shortly before and after sunrise where the temperatures are MUCH more temperate. Do all your outside stuff then, so you may enjoy the shade and fans the rest of the day.
And that is WHY God invented air conditioning. You think anyone would live in Florida year-around otherwise?
