That is how they are treated here (though more lenient on the "losing license"). Riding one of those in traffic you'd attract attention from Law Enforcement about the same as you would in an F-1 car.

Of course, in my younger days I was known to ride dirt bikes on the street. Never above 4th gear, though. Even rode to the orthodontist. I'd never do that now /
