How did you come to the conclusion that this drop was due to animosity toward new things or bloggers?

BTW, I have never seen a post by Jim demanding they post the whole article.

Apparently it’s not enforced.

I’m not 100% sure the drop in participation is due to attacks on bloggers or new people it it sure doesn’t help. Even I don’t participate like I used to because of the intransigence of a good portion of old timers. FR is not what it used to be for some reason. It’s not just people dying. There is a great deal of animosity on this site that wasn’t there before.
