The fact that the guy is still moving his head around 5 seconds after his blood pressure went to zero does look kind of suspicious.
That could be “the dead man’s ten seconds.” Only a perfect central nervous system shot is likely to shut the bad guy down instantaneously. A person bleeding out from a fatal knife or gunshot wound probably has at least ten seconds of purposeful action left. And it can be a very dangerous ten seconds for the good guy.
