I've suspected that the "war on cops" factor was part of this shooting from the beginning. Noor sounds like he was a poor match for the job, as well - I sure hope that woman didn't die because the PD waived the psychological screenings and other "aptitude" tests for their token Somali. It wouldn't surprise me if that turned out to be the case, though.
