You have a LOT more power than you imagine. Netflix, iTunes, Amazon, and the new Disney-based online movie services (I'm sure there are many more), are all in competition with each other. Write them and tell them that unless they make it clear to Cusack - who you characterize as just another interchangeable guy who gets paid to ‘make-believe’, that he's just an employee, not special, and he should shut the F*** up, you will not use their service, and you will make it your mission to push everyone you know to do the same. One of them will cave. Guaranteed.
