This looks like Nadler is having a stroke to me. My mother had several.
I know what it looks like.
The Nadler camp is calling it dehydration - but to be that dehydrated would be unusual with no other medical cause.

Well, if spying and treason did occur under your watch (and they did), I'd say your "leadership" did more to negatively affect agents and analysts than anything @realDonaldTrump could ever say.
