How true but we must learn from our mistakes and not make them a pattern.

It's like repentance, if we truly repent but then we go out and commit the same sin and then complete the process, 1st of all that would be making a mockery out of repentance because to truly repent on needs to refrain from the sin.

I do believe we should not keep condemning someone for a mistake or action or it is on our head, forgiveness is divine.
