I once was told...you always explain a command/suggestion/thought to someone 3 different ways....because everyone's brain processes differently. You'll lose the majority if you only stick to one way of discussing.

Its so evident here on our train that we ALL see situations differently. Trying to talk to some here is a big challenge for me because I'm not a structured thinker. I have no dominance...My sister has always seen me as weak and controlling. She's always got the upper hand (in her democrat mind) I love her very much. She needs to think this in order to be comfortable with me. I just now understand....could that be what my father meant in his last words to me...crying.....I never thought of this before...sorry.

I agree that everyone sees things differently and it’s best to get different points of view. Coming from the business world, I can tell you better major decisions are made if you talk people in every department, including the people that are actually performing the everyday functions. Everyone looks at things differently, depending on how their brain works, their skills and experiences.
