For those who don’t know, A.R.M stands for: Advanced RISC Machines.

RISC stands for : Reduced Instruction Set Computer

It is within the capabilities of Huawei to reverse engineer ARM processor.
Apple’s current design only has 26M transistors and most of them are memory cells.
It is also not a highly advanced process so they could farm it out to TSMC or an internal fab.

Intel and IBM are up in the Billions and way beyond the ability to reverse engineer.

80% chance that is exactly what they have in mind.
