Never heard of it being outlawed. Maybe it is. I don’t know.

I never lived in the city but most of my family did. I have pics of folks on the roof. Guess they went up there for better light in their Easter best.

So I figure, why not go on the roof? I’d do it. Some rooftop cafes around but this wouldn’t be the case in the article because there’s only one umbrella. Maybe some guy working on patching. Could be building super, not wanting sunburn.

Some’d just go on the roof because it’s there. Nice, open, breezy. Different than the ground. What’s not to love?
