I wonder how much of that has to do with your own maturation and seeing the increasing distance between yourself and the more inexperienced young.

Good judgement comes from experience.
And experience comes from bad judgement.

To you and me, with our ages of experience, the immaturity of those following looks ever greater. Of course by that point, we’re just old farts who always complain. LOL

I think it’s pervasive in ALL age brackets. No one can THINK AHEAD to the NEXT STEP, never mind a LOGICAL CONCLUSION. Because the parents, teachers, etc. have this problem, it is something that should be learned by those that are responsible role models. But they don’t have it to teach.
