Why are these activist judges (shopped for no doubt) able to invalidate wall construction for the whole country?? Why doesn’t the President just ignore the order as lacking jurisdiction and keep building the wall since the money was appropriated? Since when do these district judges rule over the entire country?
Because it’s temporary and Trump doesn’t want to look like a dictator right now.
Until the Mueller report legally and politically cleared Trump and his administration and campaign of any wrongdoing (although the Demrats refuse to accept it), Trump had to toe the line very, very carefully regarding legalities, rules, regulations, etc.
Trump is now unleashed. But he still has to follow laws, even if they are crap.
BEcause he is working on getting the entire concept of nationwide injunctions thrown out by the supreme court.
